Hemant Kogekar is a recognised transformation leader who has been helping CEOs, CIOs IT Leaders resolve complex IT management challenges. He has a successful track record of delivering effective change. From rescuing major projects which have gone off-track, rapidly turning underperforming technology teams into customer focussed delivery teams or developing business aligned strategic plans, Hemant combines business and technical knowledge with deep understanding of technology management. He has extensive experience dealing with board of directors and company executives on strategy and governance matters. His insights and pragmatic solutions have been valued by the organisations he works for.
Hemant is director and principal consultant of the firm. He has over 20 years’ experience as a C-level IT executive in major Australian companies (Suncorp, Citibank, Franklins and Cuscal). He has extensive experience leading technology strategy and business transformation programs and deep understanding of business dynamics in banking, payments, insurance and retailing along with in-depth knowledge of technologies.

John Blair is a seasoned management consultant who specialises in performing IT management reviews, managing difficult IT projects and serving as an interim IT executive. John was formerly a partner in the IT management consulting practice of Deloitte for sixteen years. He also served as Chief Information Officer of Vodafone and Metcash.
John applies a pragmatic approach to helping business and IT leaders deliver improved benefits through IT. John has particular expertise and experience in performing management reviews, operational audits, due diligence reviews, organisation studies and internal control reviews of IT functions, departments, systems and projects.
John has extensive experience in directing and managing major systems development and systems implementation projects. He was the chief methodologist, author and editor of Deloitte’s global project management methodology.
Jim Brown is the Principal, Change Management for Lorien Partners and an Associate of Kogekar Consulting. He was formerly the Global Partner for Enterprise Transformation at James Martin & Co, a worldwide consulting company and a Principal in Strategic Value Management, a Risk Assessment Company. At James Martin & Co, he was one of the original developers of Enterprise Engineering and Value Streams and has enriched and practiced that methodology for over 19 years.
Jim has significant consulting experience in changing large organisations and developing novel approaches to business and IT strategies and operational effectiveness for the systems, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, distribution, banking and insurance industries. He has worked with over 60 business and government executive teams worldwide, helping them develop innovative approaches to improved business and systems performance.
He has applied Strategic Visioning, Information Engineering, Change Management, Business Reengineering and Process Redesign methods and tools to many major programs. He is the author of Dangerous Undertaking; The Search for Transformation and was a significant contributor to a James Martin book entitled, The Great Transition — Reinventing The 21st Century Organization. He has published papers on re-engineering including Strategic Re-engineering At Chubb and Enterprise Engineering — Building 21st Century Organizations.
He was formerly with IBM and Satellite Business Systems in various executive positions. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MS in Applied Physics.
