  • Delivered ApplePay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay for 40+ banks including CUA, ING, Bendigo and Macquarie.
  • From a troubled start, turned around the Real-time payments platform (NPP) program to become, in the words of Cuscal Chairman: “This Program has been our most challenging in terms of complexity. From a quality of execution standpoint, it is clearly our best Program.”

Switch Implementation – This project was mission critical to the success of the business. Advised the CEO and the CIO to improve governance,  reduce delivery risks and ensure on-time customer transition to the new platform. Project review – Report to the Cuscal Board of directors on progress of key strategic technology project. Periodically assess the project for risks, governance and capacity to deliver.



Transformation Program Assurance – eftpos were moving from being just a ‘payment scheme’ to become a techology service provider to it’s members. They had embarked on a major technology transformation program consisting of several complex technology initiatives. Provided periodic assurance to eftpos board and advice to management team on whether the programs were set-up for success, governance and execution effectiveness and identified areas of improvement.
